We had handover on 29 March 2021, first thing at 9am. PCI was completed 2 weeks prior, but handover was slightly prolonged with the builder needing to source some additional documents for the Certifier. Was hoping we'd been moving in over the Easter break, but there's still a few things we need to do first. We've decided on a fencer, but he's not able to come around until after Easter. We have also the electrician booked in to install some additional downlights for us....after Easter haha. We came so close, ah well. We're still super stoked and excited with the new house, and once we get these few things done, we're set to go, go, go!
