Bacon Mac-N-Cheese Burger
It was way past breakfast time, and we haven't eaten yet. A walk around town found us at Guy Fieri's and before you know it, 2 very intense burgers landed in front of us. Ok, it didn't just come, we ordered it and it was a hard decision to make because the entire menu just sounded so damn delicious (and so bad for you). We started off with the Guy-Talian Fondue Dippers which are pepperoni bread sticks served alongside smoky provolone and Italian sausage cheese dip, topped with fresh diced tomato and basil. The cheese was quite subtle and the fresh tomato made the dip kind of refreshing. We shared 2 burgers. One was the Ringer Burger with crispy rojo onion ring, Guy's signature bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, SMC (super-melty cheese), cheddar cheese, LTOP (lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle), and donkey sauce on a garlic buttered brioche bun. The other was the award-winning Bacon Mac-N-Cheese Burger which had crispy applewood bacon, six-cheese mac-'n'-cheese, LTOP, SMC, and donkey sauce. What's donkey sauce? It's aioli. Hope that didn't ruin things for anyone because the burgers were pretty good. On the side were some very crispy and heavily salted quad fries which were amazing! We actually had a bit of leftovers. The bready entree may have been a little too much.
