Babi guling is Balinese spit roasted suckling pig and a must try when in Bali. We had our experience at Ibu Oka, a small restaurant located a short stroll from the Ubud market. While there is a small menu, this place only serves babi guling. Flavoursome and ultra tender pieces of roast pork over white rice, spiced vegetables and a bit of crackle.
