#18 | THREE WILLIAMS

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Crunchy Brioche French Toast
Narnie with Pulled Pork Shoulder
Beer Battered Chips with House Aioli
Fish Croquette
Pineapple House Made Soda
Iced Latte

To kick things off, we had an iced coffee and a house-made pineapple soda. Their sodas are seasonal, so check with staff to see what's on offer on the day of your visit. We shared a fish croquette that's made with mashed potatoes and flaked hapuku, and served in a really cute egg carton, as well as a bowl of beer battered chips.

Narnies are Three Williams' signature house made naan-style flat bread with fillings. We had the Vietnamese-inspired one with pulled pork shoulder, carrot slaw, chilli caramel, fresh mint and coriander. Another unique dish was the french toast topped with fresh berries, yoghurt, roasted pecans and pure organic maple syrup. Visually appetising, the bread was crispy and dense, and the splash of yogurt and handful of berries cut through the sweetness nicely. Overall, Three Williams was a pleasant experience.
