#30 | BUFFALO DINING CLUB

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Buffalo ricotta gnocchi
Cacio e Pepe
Asparagus and green beans

It was a very warm Saturday and the start of the Labour Day long weekend. We did some shopping at Paddington, and then headed to Darlinghurst for lunch. Buffalo Dining Club is a little eatery obsessed with buffalo mozzarella. The menu is quite simple. Choose a cheese and some sides to go with it, or try their pastas, which was what we did. The fluffy ricotta gnocchi was served in a delicious napolitana sauce, and the cacio e pepe was brought out and tossed in a pecorino cheese wheel, which was so cool. Both dishes were full of great flavour. We were also given a jar of fragrant house-made chilli sauce, which we enjoyed with both pastas. And of course, got to eat those veggies right? A plate of asparagus and green beans did the job.
