Raffles is one of the most famous hotel in Singapore; being well-known for it's heritage, history and elegance. Although we did not stay at Raffles, we did have High Tea there. High Tea at the Tiffin Room is quite popular among both visitors and guests. It consisted of a Three Tier Stand with an assortment of finger sandwiches and English cakes, home-made scones which was brought out warm and served directly to each table, and a buffet station filled with a variety of dim sums, more sweet and savoury food items, and some seasonal tropical fruits.
