#71 | CIRCA ESPRESSO

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Ginger lemonade
Iced Milo
Baked Eggs
Ottoman Eggs

Circa Espresso is one of the more popular cafes in Parramatta -  a hidden gem on Wentworth St. We visited on a weekday after an appointment I had nearby, and although it was busy, we were able to grab a table without having to wait. For our drinks, we had a house-made ginger lemonade, and a very unique iced milo. The milo was made with Turkish delight, pistachio ice cream and of course, a whole heap of milo. With our drinks, we also had some food - Ottoman Eggs with poached free range eggs, crumbed eggplant, garlic labneh, burnt chilli and sourdough toast. A very interesting, well textured dish. We also had their Baked Eggs with sujuk,
Danish feta, diced tomatoes and a hint of chilli with sourdough toast.
