LONDON, ENGLAND
We looked online for a place that did English breakfast in London and our search ended with the Regency Cafe at Westminster. We decided with this place because it appeared to be very popular among both locals and tourists, and noted by many to be good value for money. We each got the set breakfast deal which included 1 egg, 2 bits of bacon, sausage, the choice between beans or tomato (we both chose beans), bread or toast and a tea or coffee. On top of that, we added on some hash browns, and for my partner's plate, he also included a serving of bubble and squeak and some black pudding. All I can say is wow. Portion sizes are generous...probably too generous. We didn't know that the extras came in multiples! Our one serving of hash brown was 3 hash browns and black pudding was 2 of them. We were seriously stuffed by the end of that meal. Although the food here wouldn't be described as spectacular, it's exactly what it is, it's exactly as ordered and you will walk away full, and probably be burping sausages and beans.
