#196 | BREAKFAST AT DISHOOM

LONDON, ENGLAND

Bacon and Egg Naan Roll
The Big Bombay

Dishoom is a small group of cafe/restaurants serving modern Indian food. We had heard a lot about their breakfast menu, so decided to give it a try while we were at Covent Garden. We had the bacon and egg naan roll that came with streaky bacon that's been matured for 2 weeks and smoked overnight, a fried egg, a little bit of cream cheese, chilli tomato jam and fresh herbs, wrapped in a freshly baked naan. We also had the The Big Bombay with akuri, which is spiced scrambled eggs, smokey bacon, peppery Shropshire sausages, marsala beans, grilled mushrooms, grilled tomato, and buttered homemade buns. Breakfast was delicious! It's basically English breakfast with a hint of Indian spices and flavours. What a great start to another day of exploring London.
