#209 | BLACK ELK ESPRESSO

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

B.E.B
Chilli Crab Scramble

We were out one Saturday to look at display homes, but first, breakfast! Black Elk Espresso at Carnes Hill was a place recommended to me by a friend who lives in the area. We had the B.E.B which had 2 eggs, bacon, avocado, chipolata beef sausages, grilled haloumi, hash browns, and spinach with tomato salsa, paprika labneh and brown miche sourdough. We also had the chilli scrambled eggs with spanner crab, sriracha aioli, fried shallots, Sichuan dried chilli reduction, parmesan crisps and brown miche sourdough. Both plates were so large, and there was so much food. Apart from looking great, they were also very tasty. This place was definitely popular. It was almost full by the time we got there, and after we sat down, any one just arriving was placed on the waiting list.
