Spaghetti Carbonara
Making our way back to our Airbnb from a day of exploring, we came across Pasta Pasta and decided to pop in for dinner. You can either build your own pasta dish by selecting the sauce, toppings and pasta of your choice, or going with a chef's recommended option. We went with one of each. For the chef's recommendation, we had the spaghetti carbonara which was made of bacon, egg and parmesan, and it was amazing. Cheesy, salty and just all round super tasty. With the one we created, we had tagliatelle in a beef, tomatoes and veggies bolognese, and we also added some broccoli to it just to make it a little healthier. The pastas came with a bit of bread on the side. We were honestly surprised by how great the pastas were here. Both of our plates were really delicious and we're glad to have stumbled upon this place.
