If you search up Sydney's most popular breakfast joints, Bills is almost always mentioned. Bills has 3 restaurants in Sydney, and the one we always visit is the one at Surry Hills, just because it's closest to us. We've tried a few things on their menu, but pictured here are the scrambled eggs with gravlax, greens and sourdough bread, and their most popular menu item, the ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter. It's always nice to have breakfast out; feels like such a treat. Bills is a casual place that sees groups of friends, couples and families dine here. It's always busy whenever we visit on the weekends, but it is a favourite among Sydney-siders for a reason!
