Devon Cafe is always a great place to brunch because they always have such an interesting menu. They have a number of restaurants across Sydney, and on this occasion, we dined at their cafe at Barangaroo. We had the cheese omelette with gumbo style prawns, creole veggies, chorizo and house-baked croissant. We also had the angel hair pasta with baby clams, crab, chilli and whipped saffron bouillabaisse. I didn't realise the omelette would be placed on the side of the plate instead of inside the croissant, but after seeing the size of the omelette, it definitely made more sense to have it on the side. Of course, we also got a bowl of chips to share. Our plates were very beautiful and colourful, and of course, most importantly it was also tasty.
