SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
I hope everyone's had a wonderful holiday season. I know I did. On Christmas day, the boy prepared a whole table full of good food, and the gifts I received from him was nothing but thoughtful and fun. The day started with some cheese and crackers and opening up the presents we got for each other. I got a pair of slippers because I keep wearing his, a macro camera lens and a Chanel perfume set. He also gave me a bunch of gift vouchers to use, all with a particular reason. One for brunching because I just love to brunch, one to buy work clothes with because mine are far too old (and it's starting to show), a voucher for the chemist where I buy deodorant, hence, for "when I am stinky", a dinner and movie voucher for date night, and a bunch of love coupons for me to cash in whenever I want (which is super cute!). We then watched a movie, Die Hard. It was my first time watching this movie, and I've got to say, it was a surprisingly appropriate Christmas movie haha! We paused halfway in to feast on lunch (there was way too much food for the two of us), before snuggling back onto the couch to finish the rest of the movie. To my partner, if you're reading this, thank you for such a lovely day, the amazing food and all those wonderful gifts!
