Another day, another Disney Park. Life sure is tough. I mean, it gets tiring when you're waking up everyday to nothing but fun and excitement...ok I kid! I had the absolute time of my life at Disney World and this time, we're at Animal Kingdom! This park seems a little more relaxed, especially when compared to Magic Kingdom, so we felt like we could take it slow, but still enjoy the best that Animal Kingdom has to offer. You also don't get that constant Disney vibe at this park, which is kind of nice. Our favourite ride was Expedition Everest - we went on it twice! For lunch, we shared the St. Louis Rib Dinner from Flame Tree Barbecue, which were ribs with baked beans, coleslaw and jalapeño cornbread. We also got an extra side of onion rings. We had an easy day, but we really enjoyed ourselves.
