#158 | SUMMER BRUNCHING AT DEVON CAFE

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

My Second Asian Cousin Gone Summery
Avocado and Eggs on Toast
Iced Coffee
Gingered Apple Juice

There's something about having a slow brunch on a warm summer' day. It's just so pleasant. Now that the warmer whether has properly rolled into Sydney, I've been enjoying the sunshine and extra daylight hours that comes with it. While strolling around Surry Hills, we stopped for brunch at Devon Cafe. We had the tapioca and coconut pudding with fresh mango, young coconut jelly, chia seeds, macadamias and freeze-dried lychees, which was really refreshing. I especially liked the addition of the freeze-dried lychees which gave it texture and a nice crunch. Along with this, we also had a simple poached eggs and avocado on toast, which you really can't go wrong with. Had a great at meal here and because we came after prime time, we were able to grab a table without having to wait.
