#169 | BRUNCH AT BREWTOWN NEWTOWN

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Shrimp Hoagie
Brisket Sandwich

Brewtown Newtown is one of my favourite places for breakfast/brunch. Every time we visit, we leave highly satisfied having had a great meal, and this occasion was no exception. We had the Shrimp Hoagie which was scrambled eggs, shrimp, Vietnamese mint, coriander, smoked mayo and chilli on a hoagie roll. We also had the coffee-rubbed brisket with pecorino and poached eggs on sourdough. The shrimp hoagie roll was quite rich and filling, but apart from that, the shrimp and egg was very tasty. The brisket was soft, but still had a fair bit of texture and bite to it which was nice. Brewtown is a place that you really can't go wrong with, and if you still have room in the belly, why not also have their famous cronuts? Since you're already here, you know?
