Chleblíĉky are basically open-faced sandwiches. In the Czech Republic, they are treated as traditional Czech fast food or quick meals. In Prague, we had our chleblíĉky experience at Sisters Bistro, a beautiful tiny store, selling beautiful tiny sandwiches. We had the roast beef with celery remoulade and crushed French onion, the traditional home made potato salad with Prague ham and egg, and finally, a rye bread sandwich with smoked Norwegian smoked salmon on a cottage cheese spread. Our loaded sandwiches were delicious and so gorgeous looking! As they are all quite small, you can definitely get a few to try and I would highly encourage you to do so!
