Having heard many great things about Le Relais de l'Entrecote, we were very excited while we waited in line to have lunch here. The wait on a weekday afternoon wasn't so bad. It was probably around 20 minutes before we got to go in. This place only has one main dish - steak and frites. Once we were seated, our waitress only needed to know one thing, and that was how we liked out steak cooked. With our meal came a complimentary side of bread and a fresh green salad with walnuts in a tangy mustard vinaigrette. When we finished our starters, out came the steaks. They were covered in a generous amount of their delicious special sauce, and was served with fries. Halfway through the meal, the staff came by to ask if we would like more fries. Our answer was of course, yes please! Merci beaucoup! This was such a special dining experience, and one of our most memorable in Paris. The food was great and so was the service.
