Kitchens on Kent is a luxury buffet restaurant at the Langham Hotel in Sydney. They have specials throughout the week like Lobster Night and BBQ Ribs Night. We went on their Wok-Fried Chilli Crab Night. They have a wide variety of food on offer, so it was super exciting to try this place out. Naturally, we started with seafood. We had the prawns, oysters, bugs and sashimi. Next we had some Indian and Asian; lamb rogan josh, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, naan, pork belly in a soft bun and the star of the night, chilli crab, which was actually quite tasty! I love pasta, so I had to get myself a plate of that. I had the spaghetti with salmon, which was made fresh to order. Finally, we finished up with a mix of different desserts including panna cotta, tiramisu, cupcake, chocolate mousse cake and ice cream. There were a few more things available that we didn't get to try like food from the rotisserie and other slowed cooked meats, vegetables, salads and the cheese and charcuterie. Overall, everything we had was delicious. If only we had bigger appetites, we would have definitely had more and also gone for seconds.
