I love Easter. It's my second favourite holiday, right after Christmas, because it's another opportunity to feast! The Boy prepared an amazing spread this time - pancakes with homemade berry compote, baked eggs with tomato and chorizo, crispy bacon, a little meats and cheese board and of course, some hot cross buns. We spent the entire day pecking at it. With COVID-19 limiting travel, our Europe trip this year has been cancelled. We were meant to be flying to Rome this weekend. Fortunately, we were able to get all of our flights and accomodation refunded so we can keep all that aside for next time. Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter, and are keeping safe!
