#220 | SON OF A BUTCHER

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Wings
The Butcher's Brother (BOB) Burger
Pepe Panini

Unless you live in the area or are nearby, you probably won't visit this place, so this post is one truly for the locals! We've really been enjoying dining locally, especially over the weekends where more often than not, we'd duck out of the house for lunch. Son of a Butcher is located at Wetherill Park, at Greenway SupaCenta so parking is plentiful. We had the battered wings with sriracha sauce, which although it was tasty, we probably won't be getting it again anytime soon. We also the the BOB Burger, which had wagyu patty, cheese, bacon and bbq sauce, and came with a side of thick cut chips. The patty and bacon was cooked to order, which I think was what made it extra yummy. Finally, we also tried the Pepe Panini, which had meatballs, basil, provolone cheese and Napolitano sauce. I didn't mind this one, but I think it would have been better if there was more sauce. Because there's quite a bit of bread with each bite, it sometimes gets a little dry.
